Source: Pakistan governmentWhile governments of Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan have announced collaboration with Binance and former CEO Changpeng Zhao on crypto regulations in the past few weeks, none of the jurisdictions mentioned crypto reserve plans on their agenda.<br \/>\nBinance shifts stance on headquarters<br \/>\nAs Binance deepens its involvement in efforts to help countries set up crypto reserves and regulations, it appears to have shifted away from its no-formal-headquarters approach under Zhao.<br \/>\nAccording to Teng, Binance is \u201cworking very hard\u201d on plans for a global headquarters for the exchange.<br \/>\nRelated: Crypto Biz: Ripple\u2019s \u2018defining moment,\u2019 Binance\u2019s ongoing purge<br \/>\n\u201cIt requires serious deliberation and the board and the senior management are spending a lot of time doing the evaluation,\u201d Teng reportedly said, adding: \u201cHopefully we are able to announce our intentions on that front.\u201d<br \/>\nSource: Changpeng \u201cCZ\u201d ZhaoIn 2019, Zhao said that offices and headquarters are \u201cold concepts like SMS and MMS.\u201d<br \/>\nThe shift comes as more jurisdictions adopt clearer frameworks for regulating crypto businesses.
