The newly issued shares will represent about 0.82% of HK Asia Holdings\u2019 total shares in circulation.<br \/>\nWhile the filing does not mention that HK Asia Holdings intends to use the funds to buy Bitcoin, many in the crypto community speculated that the capital raise is expected to fund further Bitcoin acquisitions.<br \/>\nSource: CointelegraphThe speculation follows HK Asia\u2019s February decision to step into Bitcoin markets.
