Apple\u2019s continued attempts to interfere with competition will not be tolerated,\u201d US district judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers said in an April 30 court filing.<br \/>\nApple must make changes \u201ceffective immediately\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cEffective immediately, Apple will no longer impede developers\u2019 ability to communicate with users, nor will they levy or impose a new commission on off-app purchases,\u201d Rogers added.<br \/>\nRogers reiterated, \u201cThis is an injunction, not a negotiation. There are no do-overs once a party willfully disregards a court order.
