Ivanka Trump, daughter of former President Donald Trump and a political adviser in his administration, doesn’t plan to be involved in politics “going forward,” she wrote Tuesday evening on Instagram. <\/p>\n
“While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena,” Ivanka Trump said. Her statement came the same evening that the former president announced<\/a> his plans to run for president again. <\/p>\n “This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family,” she said. “I do not plan to be involved in politics.”<\/p>\n She described her current living situation, living and working in the private sector in Miami, as “one of the greatest times of my life.” <\/p>\n Ivanka Trump and husband Jared Kushner \u2014 who also advised the former president and was tasked with attempting to bring peace to the Middle East \u2014 have three children. <\/p>\n “We will continue to support my father \u2014 as his kids,” she said in the statement first reported by Fox News, adding that she was proud to have been a part of the Trump administration.<\/p>\n Neither of the former president’s daughters \u2014 Ivanka Trump or Tiffany Trump, who got married over the weekend \u2014 attended his speech at Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday, according to Fox. <\/p>\n
